Step inside where you’ll be greeted by a king-sized bed, designed for rest and relaxation after your thrilling escapades. The en-suite bathroom invites you to indulge in a spa-like experience with its luxurious rainfall shower and free-standing bath.

For your convenience, the small kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and tea and coffee making facilities, perfect for crafting light snacks and bites. Meanwhile, the Smart TV offers a cosy escape with endless entertainment options for those intimate nights in.

Experience ultimate comfort throughout the year with our state-of-the-art air conditioning system, ensuring a warm embrace during the cooler months and a refreshing coolness in the summer heat.

Although the property does not feature a private outdoor space, the on-site farm shop (open daily from 9am – 6pm) provides a charming outdoor seating area where you can relish drinks and snacks amidst a picturesque setting.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £50 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

The property is located on the owners’ farm estate in the Hampshire village of Silchester between Reading, Basingstoke and Newbury. The nearest pub is The Calleva Arms, which is just 1 minute away and serves first-class tipples and traditional meals.

The town of Silchester is famous for its Roman connections and was once known as Calleva Atrebatum. After the Romans left the town, it was never reoccupied so what remains of the walls and amphitheatre are some of the best examples of Roman defences in England.
