Getting around

A car is recommended for travelling to the property and ease of getting around. However, Kendal train station is only a 15-minute walk or very short taxi ride away, with connections to Staveley and Windermere. Kendal bus station is also only a 15-minute walk away, with bus routes available throughout the Lake District. Car hire is also available very nearby.
