Step inside Munro Cabin, into the entrance hallway, and you will find a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer – the perfect spot to dump mucky fleeces and the like after a long day spent walking in the hills.
Along the hallway are three generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, as well as bedside tables with reading lights, wardrobe space, a vanity area, armchairs and a coffee table, with a view of the Ben More burn waterfall just outside the window. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath with a shower over.
Also off the ground floor hallway are two more spacious bedrooms, one with twin single beds and the other with a king-size bed, both have an en-suite shower room.
For maximum comfort, all beds have a 2000 spring, pocket-sprung mattress with a Cashmere top and Egyptian cotton bed linen. Plus, the ground floor features underfloor heating with separate thermostat controls in each room.
The upstairs floor can be accessed by either the bespoke beech staircase, or a lift, and is where you will find the fourth bedroom which has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room.
Also upstairs is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area which really has the ‘wow factor’ with its views and decor. A striking black kitchen with granite worktops, Nespresso coffee machine, twin sinks with a ‘Quooker’ boiling water tap and all mod cons, is adjacent to a matching black dining table that can seat up to 10 people.
The area flows seamlessly in an ‘L’ shape to the lounge area which has two distinct spaces. The first has large sofas and a 65″ LED Smart TV with online facilities and Blu Ray DVD, while the other seating area is more of a snug with a wood burner and a glass frontage and patio door with views of Ben More, the waterfall and Glen Dochart. You'll also benefit from Starlink satellite broadband at the property.
