Step through the grand entrance and into a world of warmth, charm and comfort. The interiors are a masterclass in traditional style, enhanced by contemporary touches. The elegant, 14-seater dining room sets the stage for memorable shared meals. Guests can retreat to the cosy snug with its log-burning stove, unwind in the peaceful sitting room, complete with a pool table, or bask in natural light in the garden room overlooking views of The Vale of Clwyd and Snowdonia.

The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen-diner, a dream for cooking and entertaining, with an AGA, log burner and access to a walk-in pantry, scullery and laundry room. Meanwhile, an additional dining table seats 12 guests, ideal for breakfast or casual meals.

On the first floor, the master bedroom features a super-king four-poster bed, a spacious dressing room with a sofa bed, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Also on this level are three additional double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and another with a double bed and its own en-suite shower room, while a third room has a double bed. Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find a further two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and large wardrobe, and another with two charming single four-poster beds, alongside a small cloakroom equipped with a WC and sink.

Outside, the property opens onto two acres of landscaped gardens with panoramic 360-degree views across the Vale of Clwyd. Guests can enjoy a peaceful walled garden, sunken patio and various secluded seating areas. Dine alfresco under the covered terrace, complete with its own bar and BBQ setup. A separate outdoor games room, complete with a ping pong table and dart board, offers fun for all ages, from casual afternoon play to evening entertainment.

The neighbourhood

Tucked into the breathtaking Clwydian Range, an officially designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the house offers an unbeatable base for exploring the best of North Wales. This majestic Georgian manor sits at the foot of Moel Famau, the area’s most iconic peak, and boasts panoramic views, glorious sunsets and direct access to footpaths leading into the hills. It’s a dream setting for walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers alike.

Within walking distance of the house, guests can discover three welcoming country pubs and a charming vintage tearoom, perfect for a post-walk pint or a relaxed afternoon tea.
