Step inside and you’ll find a beautifully considered blend of country character and contemporary luxury. Exposed brickwork, original beams and generous proportions celebrate the barn’s heritage, while elegant furnishings and thoughtful finishes give the interiors a welcoming feel.

The heart of the home is the impressive open-plan kitchen and living space, designed for effortless entertaining. The spacious kitchen has everything needed for relaxed mornings and leisurely evenings, with a five-ring gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A generous breakfast bar creates a natural gathering place for morning coffee, drinks before dinner or keeping the cook company.

Flowing from the kitchen, the pool table brings a playful touch to the space and makes it easy for everyone to spend time together.

At the other end of the room, sink into the expansive wraparound sofa and settle in beside the double-sided wood-burning stove. On cooler evenings, the glow of the fire enhances the barn’s cosy atmosphere, while a large TV is on hand for laid-back movie nights.

For more formal occasions, the separate dining room provides an inviting setting for long, lingering meals. With seating for up to 14, there’s ample room to gather around the table for celebratory dinners, special occasions and evenings that stretch late into the night.

The property’s six beautifully finished bathrooms offer plenty of space for larger groups to get ready at their own pace. Four are en-suite, including a contemporary wet room, while the family bathroom features both a bath and separate shower.

Outside, the barn opens onto a south-west-facing patio and enclosed garden, creating a private setting for slow afternoons in the sunshine. Fire up the barbecue for an al fresco feast, settle into the outdoor seating with a glass in hand, or sink into the seven-seater hot tub as evening draws in.

There’s also private off-road parking for up to five cars, making arrivals simple for groups travelling separately.
