Accommodating up to ten guests in four en-suite bedrooms, it can expand to 14 with the adjoining Farm Cottage. Relax in the cosy living room, featuring a grand stone fireplace with a wood-burning stove. A 55" flat-screen TV with Bluetooth soundbar adds entertainment, while comfy sofas invite you to unwind.

Three spacious upstairs rooms await, each designed for ultimate comfort. Choose from a super king double, a king-sized double, or a family-friendly room with twin beds and two bunk beds. Every room offers an en-suite bathroom, with walk-in showers or baths to unwind after a day of exploring.

The heart of the farmhouse, this large open-plan space is perfect for cooking and dining. Equipped with modern appliances including an induction hob, double oven, and ample fridge/freezer, it also boasts a dining table for ten, ideal for family meals and gatherings.
Step outside to a private garden complete with a teak dining table, charcoal BBQ, and a wood-fired hot tub, perfect for evenings under the stars. This serene space offers a peaceful retreat, surrounded by nature.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay.
