The dining table comfortably hosts large groups, and the kitchen is beautifully equipped with high-end appliances, generous worktops and a sociable breakfast bar - ideal for everything from slow mornings to celebratory dinners.

Tucked amongst the bedrooms on the first floor is a sumptuous cinema room designed for total escapism, complete with deep sofas, surround sound and blackout blinds for the perfect movie experience. Nearby, concealed behind a bookshelf, an ambient cocktail bar adds a touch of glamour, transforming ordinary evenings into something special. This hidden corner of the house is perfect for pre-dinner drinks or winding down after a day exploring the Cotswolds.

The first floor is home to the property’s luxurious bedrooms, each with its own personality and attention to detail. The master suite is an elegant, light-filled sanctuary with a freestanding bathtub, walk-in dressing area, double rainfall shower and his-and-hers sinks. Alongside it are two super-king bedrooms with stylish en-suite bathrooms, a beautifully finished king-size room with its own en-suite, and two further king-size bedrooms that share a well-appointed bathroom. Each room combines unique design with exceptional comfort, from bold colour schemes to calming palettes, high-quality linens and carefully chosen furnishings.

Above the gym sits the annex - a stylish, self-contained hideaway ideal for guests seeking extra privacy. This space includes a super-king bedroom, a modern en-suite shower room, a compact kitchen and a relaxed sitting area, making it perfect for grandparents, couples or anyone wanting a little peace and quiet during a group stay.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £2,500 to their stay.
