The ground floor centres around a welcoming open-plan living space with wooden flooring throughout. The living area features a wood burner and Smart TV, creating a cosy focal point for evenings in, while the adjoining dining area provides space for shared meals and conversation.

The kitchen area is practical and well equipped, with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer, making self-catering simple. A separate utility room includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer - ideal for longer stays or post-adventure laundry.

A ground-floor wet room includes a bath, shower cubicle, heated towel rail, toilet and tiled flooring, alongside a separate shower room with shower cubicle and toilet for added convenience.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed, Smart TV and wooden flooring, and a twin room also featuring a Smart TV and wooden floor. Upstairs, the third bedroom forms a spacious suite with a king-size bed, Smart TV, seating area and private balcony, alongside a fourth bedroom with a king-size bed. The first floor also offers a family bathroom complete with a bath, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, WC and tiled flooring.

Outside, the lodge continues to impress. Surrounded by Highland scenery, the outdoor space provides room to breathe and unwind after a day exploring. The private hot tub offers a truly indulgent experience - the perfect place to sink into warm, bubbling water with a favourite drink in hand, gazing out across the sweeping landscape as the stresses of everyday life quietly fade away. Whether enjoying morning coffee in the fresh mountain air or stargazing under clear Highland skies, the setting makes every moment feel restorative and memorable.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
