Set behind private gates, the property begins with a spacious entrance hall with an abundance of natural light, underfloor heating and a contemporary theme throughout.

The huge, bespoke kitchen/living/dining room is the heart of the home and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to self-cater, including three ovens, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a Delonghi coffee machine. Enjoy delicious meals around the ten-seater dining table or a quick bite to eat at the three-seater breakfast bar. Once replenished, choose from two lounge areas, one with a corner sofa overlooking the huge mature gardens and the other with an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs and a Smart TV complete with Netflix.

Meanwhile, the handy utility room is equipped with an American fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space. It’s the perfect place to wipe off muddy paws after a walk in the local countryside and store your shoes and coats.

In the games room, you'll find a wide variety of entertainment. You can enjoy playing table tennis, table football, and a selection of board games. Additionally, there is plenty of seating available for you to relax and unwind.

One of the five beautifully decorated bedrooms is located downstairs and can be made up as a twin or king depending on your requirements, also on the ground floor will be found a cloakroom with WC and basin. Venture upstairs where you will find four further luxurious bedrooms. In keeping with the theme of the house, each room has been designed to the highest standard and features luxury linens, sumptuous soft furnishings and stunning views. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a dressing room and an en-suite shower room, while the remaining three bedrooms include one king, one double and one which can be made up as a twin or king. There is also a hallway bathroom with a shower over the bath and an additional separate toilet upstairs.

Outside, you will have access to a huge garden with extensive lawns to all sides, secure gates to create a safe space for children and dogs, a wood-fired hot tub, a trampoline and garden games. Relax on the rattan sofas with a crisp glass of wine in hand, or head to the 12-seater table to dine alfresco in the sunshine.

There is a key safe with access to the key for self-check-in.

At Garden Cottage, the hot water is all powered through the solar panels on the garage roof. There is an EV charger for electric cars, recycling facilities, reusable glass bottles for soaps/shower gels, eco cleaning products and recycled toilet paper.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Hot tub: The wood-fired hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, and guests can fire it up at their leisure.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

The property is located in Norley and is less than a mile away from the local pub and village shop. Further afield, there are lots of Cheshire villages within driving distance including Tarporley and Knutsford, popular places to seek out boutique fashion, gifts, art and antiques, as well as enjoy a good range of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Meanwhile, the city of Chester has plenty more to offer including shopping, sightseeing, a stroll along the River Dee, a day at the races, or an evening at the theatre.

If you are looking to venture further afield, take a drive of around 20 minutes and join the Sandstone Trail, which stretches for 34 miles from the market town of Frodsham to Whitchurch in Shropshire in its entirety. The trail follows Cheshire’s Sandstone Ridge and offers spectacular views of the countryside.
