Step through the smart gated entrance into your private rural sanctuary. The ground floor welcomes you with an expansive open-plan living area anchored by a cosy wood-burning stove and wide patio doors that frame breathtaking countryside and distant sea views. The bespoke kitchen is equipped with premium appliances, an island workspace and a generous dining table - perfect for social feasts and lingering conversations.

The property offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms designed with both flexibility and comfort in mind. Two spacious bedrooms feature super king-size beds and private en-suite shower rooms. Two further bedrooms can be arranged as either king-size doubles or twin beds to suit your party’s needs, while the fifth bedroom, conveniently located on the ground floor, offers a comfortable king-size bed. A generous ground-floor wet room provides step-free access with a wheel-in shower, toilet and basin, making the home inclusive for all guests. Upstairs, the family bathroom showcases a striking copper bath alongside a separate shower, toilet and basin.

Outside, a separate barn houses a table tennis table, offering additional space for relaxed competition and family fun. The large lawn-backed garden offers endless space for children to play and dogs to roam, while the patio invites you to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets with panoramic valley vistas. Please note that the garden is fenced; however, the fencing is low in some areas and therefore cannot be considered secure for all dogs.
