Set across three floors, the property is full of character and spacious living areas, making it ideal for both relaxing moments and group gatherings.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a welcoming entrance hallway leading to a stylish yet comfortable living room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. While the fireplace is decorative, the room’s plush seating and homely touches create a cosy ambiance.

The kitchen is generously sized with a charming farmhouse feel, fully equipped for cooking up hearty meals, while an additional dining room features a large, banqueting-style table.

The ground floor is complete with a utility room and a children’s bedroom complete with bunk beds.

The first floor houses the elegant master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring both bath and shower, along with a second double bedroom and a spacious family bathroom.

On the top floor, you'll find a peaceful double bedroom and a separate bathroom equipped with a traditional roll-top bath and basin, perfect for a quiet soak under the eaves.

Outside, the property is equipped with ample seating, perfect for alfresco dining and barbeques in the summer months, and as a backdrop for your morning coffee.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay.
