The space is furnished with comfortable sofas and a 55-inch flatscreen TV equipped with a Bluetooth soundbar, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

Retreat to the master bedroom, where a king-sized bed adorned with 400-thread-count cotton bedding and indulgent mattress toppers promises restful nights. The spacious en-suite bathroom features a roll-top bath and a walk-in shower, offering a luxurious bathing experience.

The second bedroom offers flexibility, with a super king-size double bed that can be converted into twin beds upon request. Its en-suite bathroom boasts a modern walk-in wet room with heated stone tile floors, ensuring comfort and convenience.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, hob, and dishwasher - the perfect space for prepping meals. There is also a separate utility room that houses a large fridge-freezer (including an ice machine) and a washer-dryer for added convenience.

Step outside to a charming garden featuring a charcoal BBQ and a teak outdoor table with chairs, ideal for al fresco dining during warmer months. The private parking area accommodates two cars, ensuring ease of access.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay.
