Step inside to a spacious open-plan living area where comfort and calm immediately take centre stage. Snug sofas are arranged around a warming log-burning stove, creating the perfect setting for cosy evenings after a day outdoors. A large dining table invites shared meals and conversation, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for easy self-catering. Entertainment options include a flat-screen TV with DVD player, Roku streaming device, Amazon Echo, CD/radio and a wide choice of DVDs and CDs for relaxed nights in.

Awaiting your arrival will be thoughtful touches to help you settle in - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, a loaf of home-baked bread, delicious home bakes, a complimentary bottle of wine and Scottish beer - perfect for unwinding after your journey.
The cottage sleeps four guests in a comfortable double bedroom and a second bedroom with adult-sized bunk beds, ideal for families or friends. A travel cot is available on request. The modern shower room includes complimentary Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries, adding a luxurious touch to everyday routines.

Step outside and the setting becomes truly unforgettable. An expansive south-facing upper deck offers breathtaking views across the glen - ideal for alfresco dining or wildlife watching. Regular visitors include red and roe deer, grouse, red squirrels, hares, badgers and an array of birds, with some guests occasionally spotting a golden eagle or Highland cows. A lower deck hosts a private hot tub with spectacular views and complete privacy, while a firepit creates the perfect spot for evenings beneath star-filled skies.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
