The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, featuring a double-sided log burner and expansive glass bifold doors that frame breathtaking views of the meadow, the majestic Lakeland fells.

Enjoy high-tech amenities, including a large TV/cinema room, a cosy library snug and an Alpine-style boot room complete with heated boot warmers.

The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped to inspire culinary creativity after a day exploring the fells. Prefer not to cook? For an elevated dining experience, the owner can recommend a talented private chef to prepare a feast in the comfort of the retreat.

With accommodation for up to 16 guests, the property boasts six luxurious en-suite bedrooms in the main house and two more in the adjacent coach house. Seven bedrooms feature super king-size beds, four of which can be configured as twins for added flexibility. Two bedrooms include indulgent baths—one a stunning copper tub (in the main house) and the other a sleek black design (in the coach house) — while another offers a delightful built-in bunk bed.

Outside, you'll have access to a large patio and lawn, complete with outdoor furniture and two bubbling hot tubs. Cycling enthusiasts will also benefit from storage for up to 16 bikes and washing facilities. Wander across the property’s own private meadow and explore the delights of the two rivers that border the property – the River Esk and Whillan Beck. Paddle, picnic, go fishing or even swim in deep river pools!
