The property has been carefully restored to create a home that's equally suited to relaxed family holidays and special celebrations with friends. Original Victorian features sit alongside contemporary architecture, creating bright, open spaces that feel both elegant and welcoming.

At the centre of the home is an impressive kitchen that connects the original house with a modern pavilion extension. Complete with bespoke cabinetry, a large central island, range cooker, induction hob and extensive preparation space, it's a fantastic place to cook, chat and spend time together. Whether preparing a simple breakfast or a celebratory feast, the kitchen has everything needed for entertaining.

Guests have a choice of two inviting reception rooms. The formal sitting room offers comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings, while the more relaxed morning room provides a peaceful spot to read, enjoy a coffee or simply unwind after a day exploring the coast. The basement gym is sure to be a favourite for those wishing to maintain their fitness routine throughout their stay – please note, the ceiling height is 1.8 metres. Younger visitors will also love the dedicated children's play area adjoining the pavilion.

The dining spaces have been designed for every occasion. A formal dining room celebrates the property's Victorian heritage with beautiful furnishings and a welcoming fireplace, while the light-filled dining area within the pavilion opens directly onto the terrace, making indoor-outdoor dining effortless during warmer months.

Each of the five bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed to offer a peaceful retreat, combining elegant furnishings with modern comfort. Soft luxury linens, quality mattresses and carefully chosen décor create a restful atmosphere, while selected rooms enjoy beautiful countryside views. Fresh towels, complimentary toiletries and generous storage ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Outside, the landscaped gardens offer something for everyone. Children can enjoy the bespoke treehouse and football goals while adults relax on the elevated terrace overlooking the gardens and surrounding countryside. There's also a barbecue and pizza oven for al fresco meals, and guests can even arrange hot tub hire, private spa treatments or a Michelin-trained private chef to make their stay even more memorable.
