Set across three generous floors, the cottage is designed with both comfort and sociability in mind, offering a mix of cosy corners and spacious communal areas ideal for entertaining or relaxing together.

On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a wide hallway that flows into an inviting living room, complete with a stunning exposed brick fireplace and comfortable seating, perfect for gathering around after a day out. A separate, elegant dining room provides the perfect setting for long, leisurely meals, while the expansive kitchen is the true heart of the home. With a central island, ample workspace and modern appliances, it’s fully equipped for everything from laid-back breakfasts to evening feasts. This level also features a convenient cloakroom, utility room and easy access to the large garden.

Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find the peaceful master bedroom with an en-suite featuring both a bath and shower, along with three additional double bedrooms and a contemporary family bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second floor houses a spacious attic bedroom, fitted with two double beds.

Outside, the large private garden invites you to dine alfresco and enjoy lawn games in the summer months, while the estate's expansive fields offer scenic walks and tranquil spots for picnicking under the trees.
