The Leadership Team

Michelle Sephton

CEO

Michelle is a successful business leader and entrepreneur in the luxury travel sector. She spent over 25 years at Elegant Resorts, becoming Managing Director in 2009. She oversaw the company’s growth into an award-winning luxury travel brand. She stepped down in 2018 to act as a coach and joined the business as a co-founder in 2020.

Anthony Cole

CCO

Anthony has spent the last ten years working in travel, with experience at several of the leading cottage agencies in the UK. He also brings luxury travel expertise from his time at Elegant Resorts, where he headed up Middle East operations. In addition to his professional roles, Anthony has first-hand experience as a long-term holiday let owner, having successfully run a high-end property on the beautiful North Wales island of Ynys Môn for over a decade, which gives him a deep, practical understanding of the industry from an owner’s perspective.

Philip Evans

Advisory Chairman

Philip brings expertise from working in both the real estate and technology sectors. As well as founding a software services company, he has gained board experience within the social housing and hospitality sectors.

Julian Baker

CMO

Julian has delivered in senior roles across Digital, E-commerce, Marketing and operations with strong P & L accountability in a variety of sectors including Travel, Retail, Luxury and Home. He has worked in start-ups, PE-backed, founder-owned and public businesses. He has a passion for strong brands centred around the customer and has a personal love of travel.
