With hundreds of amazing properties to choose from, each with their own unique character and amenities, we now need a super charismatic content creator to build our reach and community across socials. 

Role Overview

As a Video Content Creator for Luxury Cottages, you’ll be responsible for creating captivating and enthralling content for our Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube channels. You will work closely with our videographer to bring our luxurious properties and unique experiences to life. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity, charm, and storytelling skills while promoting some of the most beautiful holiday cottages in the UK.

This is a role for a natural extrovert, as you’ll spend much of your time in front of the camera becoming the face on socials for our brand. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a tone of voice for Luxury Cottages on socials
• Build a high frequency calendar of content. 
• Develop and execute creative content ideas for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the videographer to produce high-quality video content that resonates with our target audience.
• Showcase Luxury Cottages properties in an engaging and entertaining manner, highlighting unique features and experiences.
• Emphasise the exceptional group experiences offered by Luxury Cottages, from family reunions and hen weekends to milestone birthday celebrations.
• Frequently post authentic content that brings to life the amazing property portfolio we have.
• Build dialogue with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a personable and professional manner.
• Respond to any queries from the online community, ensuring excellent customer service and engagement.
• Work with property owners to access the cottages and deliver content around the experiences of staying guests.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and video content to ensure our content is fresh and relevant.
• Track and analyse content performance to continuously improve and refine our video content strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube whether for your personal channels or branded.
• Exceptional on-camera presence with a charismatic and entertaining personality.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to captivate and retain audience attention.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus but not required. We’re more interested in your ability to edit inside the tools provided by the social platforms. 
• Must possess a valid driver’s licence and be comfortable driving to various locations; a rental car will be provided to reach our properties, which can be off the beaten track.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various Luxury Cottages locations across the UK for on-site content creation.
• Ability to work from home or ‘on the road’ filming and editing content.
