The sleek, modern kitchen features white cabinetry, a central island with breakfast bar seating, a large fridge freezer, range-style cooker and integrated appliances. A separate seating area with sumptuous green sofas provides an additional space for guests to relax, whether enjoying a morning coffee or catching up over a glass of wine.

One of the property's most striking features is the beautiful glass-roofed dining room. Flooded with natural light, this impressive space features a dining table surrounded by contemporary seating, tropical-inspired wallpaper and a stylish hanging chair. A gas fire adds warmth and atmosphere, while expansive bifold doors open directly onto the outdoor pool area, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Upstairs, the bedrooms offer restful sanctuaries, with soft furnishings, calming colour palettes and comfortable beds. The master bedroom is particularly inviting, featuring a beautiful bay window, king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious freestanding-style bath and separate shower.

Outside, the garden is a wonderful space for relaxation and entertaining. The outdoor swimming pool takes centre stage, surrounded by timber decking and established greenery. Spend sunny afternoons by the water before retreating to the private hot tub for a leisurely soak. Please note, the pool is unheated all year.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
