The Old Mill forms the heart of the retreat, where everyone can come together to cook, dine and celebrate. Its spectacular 65-foot open-plan kitchen and dining room is perfectly equipped for large groups, featuring an AGA, electric oven, large fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and two dishwashers. Large bi-fold doors open onto the secure private courtyard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining space.

When it's time to relax, guests can choose between a cosy winter sitting room with a log-burning fire or a separate Smart TV lounge complete with Sky Sports, movie channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Underfloor heating runs throughout the ground floor, while BOSE speakers, an iPod docking station and fibre Wi-Fi are available throughout the property. A separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer makes longer stays effortless, and with doorstep unloading and ample parking just 20 metres away, arriving with a larger group couldn't be easier.

The Hayloft

The Hayloft offers a wonderful mix of entertainment and comfortable accommodation, making it the perfect place for guests of all ages to spend time together. The impressive games room is a real highlight, complete with table tennis, air hockey, table football, a piano, books and board games for hours of friendly competition.
Guests staying in The Hayloft also benefit from tea and coffee making facilities, allowing for a peaceful morning coffee before joining the rest of the group. Characterful interiors, exposed beams and countryside views create a relaxed atmosphere throughout, while direct access to the shared courtyard keeps every barn beautifully connected.

The Old Byre

Linked to The Old Mill via the secure courtyard gardens, The Old Byre provides additional living space for larger groups wanting flexibility and privacy. Alongside its beautifully appointed bedrooms, it offers a second winter sitting room with a log-burning fire and an additional Smart TV room, allowing everyone to spread out and relax after a day exploring Herefordshire.

Outside, the private hot tub provides the perfect place to unwind beneath the stars, with robes, spa towels and slippers thoughtfully provided for every guest. For even larger celebrations, a second hot tub can also be arranged for an additional charge, ensuring everyone has plenty of space to relax during their stay.

Families are wonderfully catered for, with cots, high chairs and other essential baby equipment available on request, along with a toy box and a purpose-built all-weather children's playground to keep younger guests entertained.

The barns are located in a rural, and peaceful countryside community, therefore they ask their guests to be considerate with regards to noise levels; and ask their guests to keep this in mind during their stay. Whilst celebrations and music are allowed, they ask that any noise/music is controlled and respectful after 9:30pm to keep the setting peaceful for everyone, including neighbours and other guests. The barns operate a noise policy, and retain the right to ask guests to reduce/stop any excessive noise, should this become disruptive.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £1,000 prior to their stay.
