Stepping inside, the immediate focus is the view. Large windows and thoughtfully positioned living spaces maximise the sweeping outlook across the water, filling the home with natural light and creating a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. Contemporary interiors are softened by warm textures and calming coastal tones, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout.

The first-floor kitchen and dining area forms the social heart of the home. Bi-fold doors open directly onto a sun-soaked balcony, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor flow for long lunches and relaxed evenings. A large kitchen island, bar seating, integrated ovens, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher provide everything needed for effortless entertaining, while the generous dining area comfortably brings everyone together.

The adjoining living area is positioned to fully embrace the spectacular views across St Mawes and the estuary beyond. A wood burner creates warmth and atmosphere during cooler months, while a Sonos sound system and glass-fronted balcony make the space equally suited to summer evenings spent watching the sunset over the water.

Five beautifully appointed bedrooms accommodate up to twelve guests, with two enjoying private en-suite bathrooms and the remaining rooms sharing a spacious family bathroom. Every bedroom enjoys either water or garden views, creating a restful and calming environment throughout the house.

Outside, the property continues to impress. South-facing landscaped gardens provide multiple areas for relaxing, dining and entertaining, while the outdoor patio and barbecue area are perfect for long summer evenings with family and friends. A private hot tub offers a luxurious place to unwind, where guests can soak beneath open skies and enjoy the ever-changing coastal scenery as the pace of everyday life gently fades away. A sauna further enhances the sense of relaxation, creating a retreat-like atmosphere throughout the stay.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
