From the outside, the home appears quietly understated, concealed behind elegant gates and walls. Step inside and the property opens up into a beautifully designed, light-filled sanctuary.

At its heart is a private courtyard terrace, around which the living spaces are arranged. Skylights and large glass features draw daylight into every corner, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out.

The open-plan living area is sleek yet welcoming, with carefully curated furnishings and a calming, neutral palette. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for both functionality and style, flowing easily into dining and lounge spaces, perfect for relaxed gatherings.

All three bedrooms have been thoughtfully styled to reflect the home’s contemporary design, offering a calm and restful retreat. Expect high-quality linens, sleek wardrobes and carefully chosen finishes that enhance comfort.

Outside, guests can enjoy both the courtyard and a south-facing garden, ideal for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Private parking and secure access add to the sense of ease and exclusivity.
