Low Deposit Scheme – Supplementary Terms & Conditions

(To be read in addition to our standard Booking Terms & Conditions)

  1. Eligibility

1.1. The Low Deposit Scheme is available only for bookings made 120 days or more before the date of travel.

1.2. Bookings with a lead time of less than 120 days are not eligible and will follow the standard payment terms.

  1. Payment Schedule

2.1. An initial low deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking.

2.2. The remaining balance of the full holiday cost, including the standard 30% deposit and the final balance, will be divided into three equal instalments.

2.3. These instalments will be collected on the following dates:

Instalment 1: 28 days after the date the booking is made

Instalment 2: 90 days prior to travel

Instalment 3: 70 days prior to travel

2.4. No additional payment will be due after Instalment 3, provided all instalments have been successfully collected.

  1. Cancellations

3.1. If the booking is cancelled within 28 days of the booking date, the guest is liable for the full 30% deposit, in accordance with our standard Booking Terms and Conditions.

3.2. If the booking is cancelled after 28 days, all cancellation charges apply as per the standard Booking Terms and Conditions.

3.3. The initial £50 low deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

3.4. Any instalments already paid will be treated according to the standard cancellation terms.

  1. Failure to Pay Instalments

4.1. If any instalment payment fails or is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to:

Re-attempt collection, and/or

Cancel the booking in accordance with our standard Booking Terms and Conditions.

4.2. Any amounts paid prior to failure of an instalment will be treated according to Section 3 (Cancellations).

  1. General

5.1. By selecting the Low Deposit Scheme, the guest agrees to these supplementary terms.

5.2. All other standard booking conditions continue to apply in full.
