Step into a home where history meets modern luxury. At its heart is a spacious kitchen and dining area, fitted with sleek appliances and a farmhouse-style table large enough to bring everyone together.

Two living rooms invite guests to relax in style, one cosy and snug, while the other is light-filled and refined, offering ample space for reading, conversation or film nights.

Upstairs, five individually styled bedrooms ensure restful nights for all. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, calming décor, and its own en-suite bathroom. A second king bedroom also benefits from an en-suite. The third and fourth bedrooms have king-size beds (one of which is zip and link), while the fifth bedroom features a comfortable double bed with easy access to the family bathroom. In total, two bathrooms serve the house, providing convenience and comfort for larger groups.

The outside space features a restored historic walled garden designed by prominent Victorian Landscape Architect Edward Kemp in 1860. Enjoy morning coffee on the terrace, long summer barbecues, or evenings gathered under the stars. The garden is secure for pets and children, with ample room for outdoor play or quiet relaxation. Practical touches such as private parking and an EV charging point ensure the property is as functional as it is beautiful.

You will be given access to the key box for a flexible check-in.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
