A separate snug offers an intimate corner for reading, board games, or smaller group chats, combining comfort with style.

The formal dining area is ideal for celebratory meals or casual gatherings, with a large table and easy access to the kitchen for effortless entertaining.

The kitchen is the heart of the home, blending contemporary appliances with country style. It features an AGA, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and ample seating, making it perfect for group cooking and shared meals. A walk-in larder provides additional storage for longer stays. Meanwhile, the boot room and utility room provide space for coats, muddy boots and practical essentials including a washer, dryer and first aid supplies - ideal for guests returning from outdoor adventures.

The games room is a lively hub for fun, featuring a pool table, board games and plenty of seating, offering hours of entertainment for all ages.

The leisure wing houses the indoor pool and sauna, along with changing facilities, providing year-round options for relaxation and play, no matter the weather. Additionally, the fully equipped gym offers cardio machines, free weights and mats, allowing guests to stay active during their stay.

Upstairs, there are eight spacious bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. Some feature king or super-king beds, others offer twin or double arrangements, and all provide peaceful spaces to rest. Several bedrooms include en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers or luxurious baths.

The grounds are extensive and beautifully maintained. Six lakes with access to a rowing boat, woodlands and paddocks provide a stunning backdrop for walks, boating or outdoor games. Guests can enjoy outdoor table tennis, challenge each other on the full-size tennis court, or gather for giant chess on the lawn. Evenings can be spent at the outdoor cinema for movie nights under the stars, while a kids’ playground keeps little ones entertained. For social moments, the BBQ area is a perfect gathering spot, while quiet corners of the gardens invite relaxation and reflection.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
