From the moment you enter the property, you are greeted by sweeping views, period features and interiors designed to feel both elegant and homely. The drawing room is warm and welcoming, soft velvet sofas, a roaring fireplace and oversized windows that capture ever-changing views of the Strait. This is the perfect setting for family games, evening chats, or curling up with a book.

The kitchen is a budding chef’s delight, well-equipped, spacious and designed to bring people together. French doors open onto a balcony, ideal for breakfast in the sun or a sundowner after a day exploring. Meanwhile, the formal dining room seats up to 16 and offers an atmospheric setting for celebratory meals with its feature lighting and elegant detailing.

Each of the seven bedrooms has been individually styled to offer a restful and luxurious experience, blending calming natural tones with soft textures and heritage-inspired details. Two spacious en-suite bedrooms are located on the ground floor, offering step-free access and walk-in showers. Upstairs, four beautifully appointed double rooms include standout spaces, including the master suite with sweeping views of Snowdonia and Gored Goch, overlooking the Britannia Bridge. The seventh bedroom is a versatile family room with twin beds and built-in bunk beds, ideal for children. In total, the house offers six bathrooms, five of which are en-suite, all thoughtfully designed with walk-in showers, contemporary fittings and eco-conscious toiletries.

Step outside into a private paradise. Surrounded by vibrant rhododendrons, bluebell woods and flowering shrubs, guests can stroll along winding garden paths that lead to the Menai Strait, before stargazing from the hot tub. Outdoor dining is also made easy with a BBQ and furnished seating areas.

Along the way, discover the pool house with its indoor swimming pool (reopening in 2026), and follow the steps up to the spacious parking area near the main entrance.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
