The drawing room exudes elegance with its grand open fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxing evenings with family and friends. Adjacent to this, the cinema room offers a luxurious entertainment experience, featuring a large screen and plush seating, perfect for movie nights. Throughout the ground floor, a Sonos sound system fills the space with your favourite music, setting the perfect ambience for every occasion.

Designed for ultimate comfort and privacy, the property is divided into two wings. In the Stable Wing, a beautifully appointed super king-size bedroom with an en-suite provides a peaceful sanctuary, while a cosy bunk room accommodates up to four guests, making it perfect for children. A versatile zip-and-link bedroom offers the option of a super king or twin setup. Completing this wing is a stylish family bathroom, where a roll-top bath and spacious wet room create an indulgent space for relaxation.

Ascending to the main house, guests will discover more exquisite bedrooms. The master suite is a haven of tranquillity, featuring a super king-size bed and an elegant en-suite bathroom. Two additional zip-and-link bedrooms, each with their own en-suite, provide flexible sleeping arrangements, ensuring every guest enjoys supreme comfort. Completing the upper level, two beautifully furnished king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite, offer a serene retreat.

Meanwhile, the indoor heated swimming pool invites guests to take a refreshing dip at any time of day, while the hot tub, comfortably seating six, offers a blissful space to soak under the stars. For those with an active lifestyle, the property boasts a fully equipped gym, complete with a treadmill, cross trainer, free weights and a workout bench.

Outside, a dedicated yoga deck provides a peaceful space to unwind and reconnect with nature, while the croquet lawn adds a touch of classic countryside charm, perfect for leisurely afternoons. When the sun is shining, be sure to make use of the Gosney pizza oven and Weber BBQ.
