Upon stepping into the house, you will feel as though they have been transported back in time. The first of our two cosy living rooms is perfect for gathering with your loved ones. It features plush sofas, an open fireplace and a Smart TV for your entertainment. Kick back and enjoy the stunning views, or if you're in the mood for some peace and quiet, head to the second sitting room where you’ll discover more comfy seating and a delightful log fire, perfect for curling up with your favourite book.

For both seasoned chefs and aspiring cooks, the country-style kitchen offers high-tech appliances and features including an Aga, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, oven and coffee machine, a breakfast bar with two stools and a small dining table with four chairs.
Meanwhile, the grand dining room seats 13 guests and provides the perfect setting for large family meals or special celebrations.

Discover the epitome of luxurious living on the first floor with two spacious super-king-size bedrooms, including one featuring an en-suite shower room. Additionally, you'll find two elegant king-size bedrooms complemented by two stylishly appointed hallway bathrooms. Ascend to the second floor to explore two more king-size bedrooms, a cosy single bedroom and two hallway bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a rolltop bath.

When it comes to having fun, venture to the indoor games room which features a pool table and a variety of other games. Perfect for all ages, it's the ideal spot for fun and memorable moments with friends and family.

The house is set at the heart of approximately 40 acres of magnificent gardens and grounds. Within these grounds are sensitively designed and beautifully maintained formal gardens, as well as two acres of woodland garden, and tennis courts.

The gardens are renowned for their impressive collections of rare and unusual plants, including rhododendrons, azaleas, acers, daphnes, heaths, phyllodoces, polygolas, old-fashioned roses, and an array of herbaceous perennials. The stream garden, originally planned and constructed in 1928, was restored and replanted between 1975 and the present day, offering a serene and picturesque setting. Facing north and providing stunning views over the Tay Valley, the summerhouse adds to the charm of the estate.

The Housekeeper will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay.
