This single-storey barn conversion is bursting with rustic charm. Think bare brick walls, exposed ceiling beams and pops of vibrant colour tones, paired with handpicked accessories and luxurious soft furnishings.

As you arrive at the property you are greeted with a private enclosed patio and terrace, set amongst rolling countryside views. There is a luxurious wood-fired hot tub and a stylish rattan table and chairs, which is perfect for alfresco dining or sipping a crisp glass of wine after a day of exploring. When the sky fills with stars, pop on the fairy lights for an extra cosy touch.

The heart of the property features an open-plan living space complete with a stylish midnight blue kitchen, a dining table and chairs and a cosy seating area. After a stroll through the countryside, sink into the plush velvet sofa or relax in the soft linen armchairs and get stuck into your favourite book. Or you can simply enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding Warwickshire countryside.

The kitchen space is perfect for preparing freshly cooked breakfasts on a crisp morning or a good old natter around the dining table as you plan your next adventure. There is an oven and hob, a microwave, coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Everything you need for a luxurious staycation with that home from home feeling.

The cosy bedroom features a pocket sprung king-size bed, complete with silky bedsheets and soft, plump pillows. The luxurious bathroom is well equipped with premium bath and body products, a walk-in shower and a traditional cast iron slipper bath, so you can truly soak away the day.

Access to Stable Barn is via automated gates which will require a primary mobile phone number, more details will be provided upon booking. Once you reach the property there is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.

The owners have carefully renovated the barn using upcycled and recycled materials such as old elm floorboards from the original farmhouse as wall cladding. Plus, antique agricultural tools from the family farm have been incorporated in the stylish interior décor.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Subject to availability and in agreement with the owners, there may be a possibility for early check-ins (1pm) and late check-outs (12:30pm) for a small additional charge. Please get in touch to enquire about this.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each booking. Please note, wood-fired hot tubs take between 3-4 hours to heat initially.

The ornamental pond is extremely deep. There is a lifebelt located at the pond, but please do not swim or go near the edge of the pond which shelves away sharply. Do not let children or dogs play near the pond.

A baby travel cot, stair gate and a high chair are available on request and free of charge.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
