Step through the sage green door into the large hallway, beautifully decorated with elegant antiques that will transport you back in time.

Admire the gold-framed portraits as you make your way into the open-plan kitchen, complete with quirky paintings and further antique décor to complement the neutral colour scheme. You will have access to an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle, everything you should need to whip up a delicious feast to enjoy together around the ten-seater dining table. Off the kitchen is a set of double doors leading to the private garden and a handy laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Double doors lead to the cosy study/studio, designed to provide a quiet space for remote working if required. There is also direct access to the stunning private garden through the patio doors.

Venture further down the hallway and into the formal living room, complete with two sofas and two armchairs, perfectly positioned around the crackling open fire. Enjoy relaxing and reminiscing, all whilst admiring the period-style décor that has been tastefully placed to enrich the ongoing theme throughout the property.

Next door is another living room, designed with complete comfort in mind. There is an L-shaped sofa and a Smart TV, perfect for a peaceful escape or a movie night with your nearest and dearest.

You will also have access to a shared WC with a shower on the ground floor.

There are four bedrooms in total, each brimming with character and beautifully designed with gold-framed artwork and silky soft sheets. The first super-king-size bedroom is on the ground floor, complete with an en-suite bathroom. Meanwhile, the remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a super-king-size bed, another with a king-size bed and the final room with a queen-size bed which is accessed through the king-size bedroom. The first floor is finished with a shared shower room.

The enclosed private garden has been beautifully landscaped with brightly coloured blooms and a huge lawn for you and your four-legged friends to enjoy. The patio features an eight-seater table and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco as the sun starts to set. The peaceful atmosphere creates the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The owners will normally greet you on arrival and show you into the property, but if unable to do so, there is a key box for self-check-in.

If you would like to offset the carbon emissions from your trip, get in touch and we can arrange this for a small fee.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £750 prior to their stay.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
