This charming barn conversion is decorated in a pared-back, traditional country style that’s conducive to helping you clear your mind and relax.

The open-plan living area is full of light and features a high ceiling, with original wooden beams, that creates a sense of spaciousness. Here you’ll find the well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, as well as a breakfast bar, a dining area with oak table and a lounge with comfy leather sofas and a Smart TV. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor provides a cosy touch, that’s especially welcome after a crisp winter walk.

Also on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms with bathroom, whilst the two further bedrooms are located upstairs with a second bathroom. All bedrooms have a super king-size bed with zip-link mattresses that can be set up as two single beds if that suits your requirements better.

Outside there is a small area in the courtyard with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a morning coffee or sip early evening drinks.

There is a dedicated parking space for the cottage and you will be met on arrival by a member of staff who will give you your key and show you in. Alternatively, arrangements can be made for a self-check-in.

If you'd like to offset the carbon emissions from your trip get in touch and we can arrange this for a small fee.

The neighbourhood

The pretty town of Bewdley is about 20 minutes away and is lovely for a leisurely walk alongside the River Severn, perusing the shops and waterside dining. Meanwhile, five miles away from the cottage is the market town of Droitwich Spa where highlights include the Salt Museum and Droitwich Spa Lido for open-air, saltwater swimming on a sunny summer’s day.

For some city life, historic Worcester is 15 miles away where plenty of attractions include the cathedral, the racecourse and The Commandery which was the Royalist’s headquarters during the English Civil War.
