The space

The focal point of the house is the stunning kitchen and dining area, fitted with a range of quality fixtures, Rayburn stove, dishwasher, microwave etc and finished to a very high standard and has all you could possibly need to cater for every meal time. With ample seating for six at the dining table and a comfy sofa this is definitely the heart of the house.

From the kitchen through full width bi-folding doors you enter onto the patio with wood burning hot tub which has outstanding views of the far-reaching countryside. Enjoy the views with a glass of bubbles after a fun day at the beach, or al fresco dining in the cosy hut followed by some stargazing in the hot tub. To the lounge there is ample seating and places to relax. Enjoy the views from the large windows, snuggle down in front of the wood burner with a good book or a board game or two.

On the ground floor you will find double and twin rooms, in-keeping with the rest of the property with a high standard of finish and luxury linens and towelling. 

On the first floor you will find the master suite with it’s king-size double bed, dressing area and en-suite with shower, WC and sink.

With oak floors throughout this well-presented and thoughtfully finished property is perfect for friends and family to enjoy a traditional Welsh beach holiday.

The neighbourhood

Located on the edge of the popular seaside will of Benllech – a short 10 min stroll to the the beach and village centre. The village itself is located East on Anglesey and approximately 15mins after crossing the bridge on the A55 North Wales Express Way. Being in the heart of Anglesey with its beautiful beaches and stunning coastal cliff walks there is ample to keep you busy and visiting the reservoir Lyn Alaw makes for an excellent day out with its unspoilt lakeside trails within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Getting around
We recommend travelling by car so that you can easily explore the local area – there are several pubs and restaurants nearby and access to major supermarkets is within easy reach. There is private parking for two cars at the property.

Check-out: 10:00

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking value plus applicable booking and service fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
 
Cancellations: Cancellations between 60 and 10 days before check-in are subject to a partial refund based on the number of days before check-in.
 
Book with confidence: If you are unable to travel due to Covid-19 travel restrictions please contact us and we will work with the property owner to transfer or refund your booking.
 
Security deposit: A security deposit of £150 will be charged prior to check in and returned following your stay.
