A thoughtfully styled Welsh farmhouse finished to a high standard, with glorious views of the surrounding countryside – a perfect haven for family and friends to enjoy a relaxing well earned break.

The space

The heart of any home is the kitchen and this one definitely delivers, a large and bright area where all the family can gather and get involved.  Decorated in calming colours and fitted with a large range of quality fixture and fittings including a good sized dining table to seat all and central island.  Two double ovens,  six ring gas hob, microwave,  two American fridge/freezers and importantly two drinks coolers plus all the mod cons you can think of to ensure all your entertaining needs are met.  There are full laundry facilities with washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate utility area containing one of the American fridge/freezers, WC and sink.

Opening up into the garden are the large French doors leading to the hot tub area – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy bubbles!

There is ample seating for all in the large but cozy lounge coupled with the log burner and large TV, just the spot for an evening of games or a movie night.  

Moving up to the first floor you will find two king size double, two double and twin rooms.  All bedrooms have private ensuite and fitted to a very high standard with shower, WC and sink.  The twin room has exclusive use of the luxurious family bathroom with its roll top bath  steps across the hallway.

The master suite with its large ensuite shower room, twin sinks and WC has picture perfect views of the Welsh hills and surrounding countryside.  

All the rooms in the farmhouse are bright and airy with a feel of bringing the outside in whilst maintaining a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

To the outside there are extensive gardens mainly laid to lawn and offering an excellent  arena for all manner of garden games and endless family fun and for the younger members of the group there is a modern wooden climbing frame to explore.

For larger groups Peak Farmhouse can be booked with Little Peak Cabin to accommodate 18 adults plus infants.

The property is accessed via a private gravel driveway.

Peak Farmhouse is located in the heart of Anglesey within an easy 20 minute drive from the beautiful beaches and stunning coastal cliff walks,  Visiting the reservoir Lyn Alaw makes for an excellent day out with its unspoilt lakeside trails within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Getting around
The property is near the popular destination of Rhosneigr on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. We recommend travelling by car so that you can easily explore the local area – there are several pubs and restaurants nearby and access to major supermarkets is within easy reach.  There is private parking for multiple cars at the property.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking value plus applicable booking and service fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
 
Cancellations: Cancellations between 60 and 10 days before check-in are subject to a partial refund based on the number of days before check-in.
 
Book with confidence: If you are unable to travel due to Covid-19 travel restrictions please contact us and we will work with the property owner to transfer or refund your booking.
 
Security deposit: A security deposit of £150 will be charged prior to check in and returned following your stay.
