About the property
Cherry Blossom is an architect-designed, luxury barn in the Lincolnshire countryside that is ideal for a hot tub holiday with friends or family. Perfect at any time of year, Cherry Blossom features a spacious living area and exudes chic, contemporary style, with a huge outdoor swim spa that seats up to ten people and an outdoor hot shower too. If and when you crave a change of pace, the cathedral city of Lincoln is just 5 miles away – perfect for a spot of shopping or some nightlife.
The space
Inside there is a warm, homely feel, but with a distinct style that incorporates a Bohemian feel through interesting objects, textures and colour. As you enter the barn there is a welcoming, large hallway with a cloakroom off it, which leads into the open-plan living/kitchen area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to self-cater, from a coffee machine and drinks cooler, to a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The dining area has seating for ten people and there is plenty of comfy sofa space in the lounge area, as well as a TV and a wood burner (with logs provided) for that extra kick of heat on chilly days. However, there is underfloor heating throughout to keep you warm and cosy. Meanwhile, bi-fold doors lead from the living area out to the garden.
Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms, both of which have a super king size bed (one of which can be split into two singles) and an en suite wet room. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a king size bed and shower room, Bedroom 4 has a super king size bed (which can be split into two singles) and a bathroom with the luxury of a freestanding roll top bath, whilst Bedroom 5 has a super king bed and a shower room. All bedrooms have a Smart TV and a hairdryer.
Outside, there is a private courtyard and spacious garden complete with a swim spa for up to ten people, garden furniture and views across the wildflower meadow and fields.
Guest access
Cherry Blossom is set on a stunning, family-owned, farmland estate and one of the owners will meet and greet you on arrival. There are no steps to climb to get to the entrance of the barn or into the barn.

The neighbourhood
Cherry Blossom is surrounded by farmland and there are delightful walks from the barn to the wildflower meadow, woodland and nature reserve – the perfect place for a picnic. If you’d like to do some fishing, there is also a pond nearby where you can do so for free.
When you need to replenish groceries the nearest store is in the village of Dunholme which is within walking distance, whilst there are restaurants and pubs nearby including a good family-friendly village pub in Scothern, 2 miles away.
If you fancy a day out, the charming city of Lincoln is just 5 miles away, where sights to see include the cathedral, castle and Brayford Waterfront, whilst there are plenty of interesting shops, bars and cafes as well. Cherry Blossom is a great base from which to explore the pretty villages and market towns of the Lincolnshire Wolds or the sandy beaches of the nearby coast too.
