The cabin is self-contained and set in a clearing amongst tall trees which immerses you right in the middle of nature. The bifold doors, that open up from both the bedroom and the living area, allow the indoors and outdoors to merge so that you can enjoy the feeling of space, light and fresh air, the glorious sunrises and the sounds of the birds from the comfort of your sofa or your bed.

Decor is modern and contemporary, yet with a cosy cabin feel. Walls are light coloured so as not to detract from the beautiful views outside, whilst pops of colour and cushions featuring prints of birds add the personality.

The living area comprises a comfy sofa and guests have use of a Netflix account (there is no TV signal) and excellent 4G (particularly for Vodafone and O2 customers) so there is the option for cosy nights in watching a film. Meanwhile, the kitchen area comprises everything you will need to cook and cater including an oven, hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, with breakfast bar and stool seating for dining.

In the bedroom there is a king-size bed, or if you’d prefer, the sofa in the living area converts to a bed to offer you the option for separate sleeping arrangements. There is also an en suite shower room with WC.

A self check-in with a lock-box is offered so that you can feel the seclusion from the moment you arrive. Access is via a driveway which is shared with another property on the estate.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

Location

Woodland Cabin is the ideal place to relax and enjoy peaceful walks in the countryside. Begin from right outside the cabin door and if you want to enjoy lunch en route there is a village pub where you can fill up before you work up a sweat. Upton-Upon-Severn is about 15 minutes to walk and here you will find shops to stock up on groceries or look for gifts.

The area has an array of local attractions to discover from historic houses and gardens, to energetic activities such as gorge-walking, adventures at Go Ape Forest of Dean, or exploring the Malvern Hills.

Getting around

We recommend travelling here by car so that getting around and about the local area is easy for you. The property is a short drive from the M5/M50 and has plenty of off-street parking. However, a train service runs from London Paddington – via the Cotswolds and Malverns line – to the nearest station of Pershore. The centres of Malvern, Worcester, Gloucester and Cheltenham are also not too far.
