The cottage is set over two floors and features a host of modern elements and amenities throughout, while the soft colour scheme and skylights create an abundance of natural light.

The ground floor comprises a modern open-plan kitchen with everything you will need to self-cater with ease including two ovens, two fridges, two dishwashers a microwave and a toaster. The ceiling is adorned with contemporary chandeliers, placed perfectly above the three-seater island and dining table which comfortably seats up to 14 guests. It’s the ideal setting to savour delicious banquets, plan your next adventure or celebrate special occasions.

On the first floor, the spacious living room is complete with four sofas, so there is plenty of space for the whole group to socialise, relax or watch a movie on the Smart TV.

There are six bedrooms altogether, each with its own en-suite. On the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms and two king-size bedrooms, while a further two king-size bedrooms are on the first floor.

Outside, you have access to a south-facing terrace and garden with picnic tables and a BBQ. When the sun is shining, gather for alfresco meals and garden games on the perfectly manicured lawn.

You will have access to a host of on-site leisure facilities that are shared by guests of all cottages:

Swimming pool and gym

Take a dip in the indoor heated swimming pool or head to the sauna or hot tub for some well-deserved relaxation. There is also a full-equipped gym if you wish to be more active throughout your stay.

Children’s facilities

Indoors, there is a soft play area for little ones aged 5 years old and under. For outdoor fun, there are swings, an adventure playground, toy tractors and more.

Other leisure facilities

Enjoy table tennis, air hockey and pool in the games room or venture outside to the tennis courts, football pitch or trampoline.
You can also watch Farmer Alwyn milking the cows twice a day, help him feed the rest of the animals on the farm (including lambs, pigs and goats) and collect fresh eggs from the hens.

The owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

Being on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are many beautiful beaches nearby including those of the popular coastal resorts of Abersoch, Llanbedrog, Nefyn, and Criccieth, all within 9 miles.
