The Stables is a beautifully converted former stable barn that provides luxurious living accommodation in a quiet village location within walking distance of the Cotswolds. This beautifully restored property is perfect for couples looking to explore the local countryside and for a relaxing or romantic break. The open-plan living room and kitchen is well-equipped with top of the range furnishings. The cottage also has some great features including a romantic super-king sized bed and en suite shower room. Just outside Stratford on the north Cotswolds border, this cottage is the perfect place to escape from it all.
The Stables is a modern barn conversion with high quality interior design and modern styling. The accommodation includes a king size bedroom with en suite, an open plan living area with wood burning fireplace, and a fully-fitted kitchen including a Nespresso maker, microwave and dishwasher. The Stables includes use of the grounds of the nearby Manor House.
The property is accessed via a private driveway and guests will be greeted by the owners upon arrival.
The owners like to adopt a green policy and where possible promote sustainable tourism, buying local and organic is preferable. Passionate about organic gardening, the owners have created an enviable kitchen garden using companion planting methods of organic pest control. They make jams and preserves using fresh fruit from the trees in the garden, including quince jelly from the Victorian planted quince.

The owners provide a welcome pack with essential provisions waiting for you on arrival. Situated next to but detached from The Stables is The Coach House which can be booked together, if available sleeping up to 6 guests.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees.
Accidental damage deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, all our guests pay an Accidental Damage Deposit
Option One: The majority of our guests take the option to pay a waiver of just 3% of the rental which means that we will cover the costs of any unintentional damages up to the Accidental Damage Deposit amount so that you have peace of mind and can relax and enjoy your holiday.
Option Two: Accidental Damage Deposit; is held in lieu of any unintentional damage that may occur during your stay. The amount for this property is £200, this is collected with your balance payment and then returned to you automatically within 28 days of your departure.
Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
