  • About the property

Shepherd’s Nook is situated within the grounds of a luxurious country house, yet is hidden away in a little clearing amongst the trees that makes it feel secluded. You can enjoy a back to nature experience here without compromising on your creature comforts and luxuries. In front of the cabin there is woodland and parkland to explore, so embark on a gentle stroll and take in the sights and sounds of nature as you begin to relax. You can even walk to the local pub for lunch if you want, while back at the cabin there is everything you’ll need to feel cosy and comfortable.

  • The Space

The Shepherd’s Hut is small as you’d expect, but perfectly formed. There are a few steps up to the cabin and once inside you’ll find a warm and inviting place to stay. Decor is modern with a neutral colour palette that’s calming and does not detract for a second from the beautiful views outside.

The kitchen area is fully functional with a microwave oven, hob, kettle and toaster, so you can stock up on supplies from the local farm shops and make simple meals ‘at home’ if you wish.

There’s also a bed for two and the luxury of a bathroom which comprises a shower, basin and WC. Heating is supplied by a radiator, there is free WiFi and also private parking.

  • Guest access

A self-check-in with a lockbox is offered so that you can feel the seclusion from the moment you arrive. Access is via a driveway which is shared with another property on the estate.

Local Info

The neighbourhood

There are lots of tranquil walks to be enjoyed from your front door, or venture a little further afield into the heart of the Malvern Hills to experience hiking in one of England’s favourite Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Less than a mile away is the gorgeous riverside town of Upton-Upon-Severn where you can buy supplies, shop in the charming shops or pop into the local pub. The town also hosts a variety of popular events each year, including the Jazz, Folk, Blues and Sunshine Festivals.

Shepherd’s Nook is only around a 15-minute drive from Malvern where you will find supermarkets and you can order groceries online ready for your arrival.

The Cotswolds are also within easy driving distance and make a delightful day out filled with chocolate-box villages, stylish gift shops and quaint tea rooms.

Getting around

We recommend travelling here by car so that getting around and about the local area is easy for you. The property is a short drive from the M5/M50 and has space to park your car. However, a train service runs from London Paddington – via the Cotswolds and Malverns line – to the nearest station of Pershore. The centres of Malvern, Worcester, Gloucester and Cheltenham are also not too far.
