    If you're looking for a holiday property on the Isle of Anglesey where you can spend a week of quality time with family or your friends, Peak Farmhouse and Cabin is an excellent choice. There’s a semi-remote feel that’s perfect for complete escapism, while breath-taking views extend across rolling farmland to the stunning Snowdonia Mountain Range in the distance. Spend your days in the garden, relaxing in a bubbling hot tub, while children have fun in the play area. Meanwhile, evenings can be spent savouring a barbecue feast, watching a movie beside the log-burner, or stargazing. You’re only a 20-30-minute-drive from a host of attractions too, including beautiful beaches and Beaumaris Castle.

  • The space

    The property comprises a beautiful Welsh farmhouse and a separate cabin just next door. Both have been furnished to a high standard and styled with modern decor, a neutral colour palette and cosy touches to feel luxurious yet homely. There’s also an emphasis on connecting indoor spaces with the outside, meaning that the stunning views are maximised wherever possible. The property is accessed via a private gravel driveway and there are extensive gardens with plenty of space for socialising, as well as a children’s play area with a climbing frame, swing and slide.

    Peak Farmhouse

    On the ground floor, you’ll find the large kitchen/diner, the heart of the home. Everyone can gather here to drink and chat while meals are prepared. Quick snacks can be eaten around the kitchen island which has stools to sit on, while dinner can be enjoyed all together around the dining table. With two double ovens, a 6-ring gas hob, a microwave, an American fridge/freezer, two drinks coolers and a dishwasher, self-catering here is all set to run smoothly. There’s also a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate utility area with a second American fridge/freezer and a WC and sink.

    The lounge is just the spot to spend rainy days in or cosy nights beside the log burner. There’s ample sofa seating and a large Smart TV, so you can watch movies or play games to your hearts’ content.

    The family triple room is located on the ground floor and is located adjacent to the utility with WC and sink. On the first floor are five further bedrooms; three king-size, one double and one triple bedroom. All king-size and doubles have an en-suite shower room with WC and sink, with the master suite the largest with twin sinks. The master suite also has picture-perfect views of the Welsh hills. The triple bedroom is served by the luxurious family bathroom that features a roll-top bath, that’s just across the landing.

    The private garden area, which can be accessed from the French doors in the kitchen, includes a hot tub and a BBQ.

    The Cabin

    Next to the farmhouse is a cosy cabin that’s ideal for a couple or a family within your group who would benefit from some extra privacy and quiet away from the main house.

    The sitting area is a calming space with open views of the countryside, an electric, flame-effect stove to warm up those chilly evenings and a TV with chrome cast for streaming from a mobile device.

    The kitchen area has a Range cooker with a 4-ring gas hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, while the dining table comfortably seats four and there are spectacular views through the full-height windows.

    There are two bedrooms, one is a cosy double and the other is a twin which is suited to either small adults or two children. The bathroom has been tastefully designed and includes a shower, sink and WC.

    The cabin also has a private garden area and a hot tub, BBQ and firepit.

    Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

    Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment of 3% of the rental price can be made to waive this requirement.

    Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The property is located in the heart of the Isle of Anglesey, within a 20-minute drive of beautiful beaches and stunning coastal cliff walks, including the popular destination of Rhosneigr on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. There are several good pubs and restaurants nearby and access to major supermarkets is within easy reach. For a great day out, head to Lyn Alaw with a picnic to explore unspoilt lakeside trails within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We recommend travelling by car so that you can easily explore the local area. There is private parking for multiple cars at the property.
