    Moor Park Barn is a carefully renovated barn conversion set in the grounds of the owners’ home, along with one other holiday cottage. Nestled in the stunning Devon countryside, enjoy a large garden with a private hot tub and play area, a spacious living room with picturesque views and three beautiful bedrooms. Explore the idyllic surroundings with your four-legged friend by day and your evenings spending quality time together in your cosy home from home. North Devon’s finest beaches are also within easy reach, including Woolacombe and Saunton Sands.

  • The space

    Set over two floors, this delightful stone barn conversion features light and airy interiors, combined with exposed wooden beams, vaulted ceilings and original stone walls.

    As you step inside, you are greeted by a Victorian, cast-iron staircase, spiralling to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom. This beautiful room occupies the entire floor with a king-size bed, a Smart TV, a walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious en-suite.
    The remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One features a super king-size bed with Smart TV and en-suite shower room and the other has two single beds.

    Head down an additional set of steps into the cosy living room. After a day of exploring the countryside, relax on the two-seater sofas with a crisp glass of wine and your favourite film on the Smart TV. What makes this room extra special is the stunning countryside views beyond the private garden.

    The kitchen is a particularly social space, with everything you should need to prepare a delicious feast for the whole family to enjoy around the six-seater dining table. You will have access to a range-style cooker, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee machine, plus a handy utility room featuring a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

    There is also an additional shower room with a WC.

    Outside, you will have access to a beautiful private garden with gorgeous countryside views and facilities to entertain the entire family. Whilst the children enjoy the play area, fire up the BBQ for a delicious feast with a refreshing drink in hand or hop into the bubbling hot tub for an evening or relaxation.

    There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.

    Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

    Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

    Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The neighbourhood

The barn is located in the picturesque Devon countryside, posing many pretty walking routes close by for you and your four-legged friends to explore. The Exmoor National Park is particularly stunning with its dramatic coastline, stretching from Minehead in the east to Combe Martin in the west.

To keep the whole family entertained, head to the owners’ adventure centre just 0.5m away from the property. Here you can experience quad-biking, axe throwing, 4x4 drives, children's Land Rovers and so much more.

The seaside town of Ilfracombe is just 10 minutes away and provides an abundance of restaurants, pubs, boutique shops and cafes. You can even hop on a ferry to Lundy Island which will take approximately one hour and you might even spot dolphins, porpoises or seals along the way.

For thrill seekers, head to Watermouth Castle and discover the Victorian Castle full of historic treasures and a child-friendly theme park with rides and a play area. There is also a beautifully landscaped garden to explore.

There are many beautiful beaches to visit in North Devon, including Woolacombe and Saunton Sands where you can spend the day strolling through the sand, going for a dip in the sea or relaxing in the sunshine.
