If you’re looking for somewhere for a family holiday in the popular village of Abersoch, North Wales, that’s walking distance to the beach, has lovely coastal views and features a hot tub, this luxury, new build won’t disappoint. Located on an exclusive, riverside development in this popular seaside resort, you’ll have desirable shops and cafes nearby, and be well-placed for exploring all that the stunning Llyn Peninsula has to offer. Back at the house, the open-plan living area is a great social space for relaxing, while the views from the terrace, lounge and main bedrooms between them take in the inner harbour and Cardigan Bay.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the light and bright open-plan living space that comprises the lounge, kitchen and dining areas. It’s the perfect place for families to spend time together, or for everyone to do their own thing while still feeling connected. Smart oak flooring runs throughout, there’s underfloor heating and furnishings are both stylish and comfortable.
The lounge area has two sofas ready for you to sink into, as well as a Smart TV, French doors that open onto the front terrace and fantastic views of the inner harbour and Cardigan Bay beyond. Meanwhile, the contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with modern conveniences, including a double oven and an American fridge with an ice dispenser, to help keep everyone’s cravings satisfied. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table inside or outside on the terrace. Downstairs also has a convenient cloakroom with a WC and basin.
Upstairs on the first floor, there’s a king size bed, a wall-mounted TV and French doors with a Juilette balcony with sea views, as well as a single bedroom that also has a TV. On this floor, you’ll find the family bathroom which has a bath with a shower over.
At the top of the house, the second floor master bedroom has a king size bed, Velux windows and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower.
The outside space comes in the form of a terrace with a hot tub and outdoor furniture, as well as stunning views over the inner harbour. There are also two allocated parking spaces in a secure underground car park.
As you enter Abersoch you will see the Pen y Bont development on the right hand side. Turn right just before the Pen y Bont development and head to the underground car park.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

A car is advised for the convenience of getting to this property and exploring the region. However, the nearest railway station is at Pwllheli which is about a 15-minute drive away. The transport for Wales train route from Pwllheli follows the Welsh coast taking in some beautiful places including, Criccieth, Harlech, Aberystwyth, Aberdovey and Barmouth making a great day out for all of the family. A reliable bus route will cover the peninsula and Llyn coastal bus operates a tourist timetable in the summer months.
