We’re looking for a Property Portfolio Manager for Scotland who is ambitious and looking to develop their career in a small but fast-growing team. As Property Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for driving property acquisitions within Scotland.


  • A local expert within the holiday letting sector with knowledge of the market and competition
  • Strong negotiating skills and an ability to understand key commercial terms
  • A self-starter with experience in remote working who is results driven
  • A full clean driving licence and access to your own car

Nice to have

  • Experience of using CRM systems (including but not limited to HubSpot and Slack) to manage sales process and a pipeline of opportunities
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience using G-Suite including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Drive
  • Understanding of relevant industry legislation and regulatory requirements


  • Working to develop a pipeline of properties to identify, approach and sign-up owners
  • Driving organic property acquisitions through outreach and participation in online communities, events and through your own network
  • Responding to inbound enquiries and following up with leads from various sources
  • Building relationships with third parties to foster referrals and support organic growth
  • Working with the commercial team to price and accurately forecast income levels
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Luxury Cottages during visits and whilst at events
  • Focusing on KPI’s to ensure targets for property sign ups and revenues are hit
